I've been working on this since Tuesday, but have just gotten the chance to finish it. I know it looks similar to another bid for this filly, but NEITHER me nor the other bidder could have known that our images would look so similar



----Reason for Bidding: Lately, Fallbrooke has been trying to downsize and focus on the horses we have already. We believe that thids little special girl would make an excellent addition to our stable.
----Plans for Filly: She would live our her entire life here at Fallbrooke, where she would join our ranks of elite stock horses as she makes her way up to the WD Hall of Fame following in her mother's footsteps.
----Anything Else?: I would take VERY good care of her, as she deserved the best care anyone can give her

Story

Kipcha typed in the web address for Painted Desert Ranch and clicked the For Sale tab on the menu. Up popped the page for the filly they were bidding on, PD Driftin' Tramp.

She clicked on photo album and looked through the various pictures of the filly, some of which were taken by other bidders. She recognized a few of them as ones her and Ethan had snapped of her. Kipcha found that looking at the pictures of her relaxed her more than anything else.

She hadn't noticed Ethan walk up to the desk. "Hey, Kip." She jumped in alarm and stared up. "Jesus christ, Ethan! You scared the crap out of me."

"Jumpy much?" Ethan stared at her with a concerned look before lowering himself into a chair. "Everything alright?" he asked.

Kipcha sighed before closing the laptop and resting her head in her hands. "It just feels like all this pressure is accumulating, and that it's going to eventually explode and something bad is going to happen. Like a cloud has gathered over us. Kind of like an impending doom feeling." She sighed and then looked up at Ethan. "Have you felt it?"

Ethan stared at her for a moment before answered her with noticeable hesitation. "I probably shouldn't tell you this, but actually I have."

Kipcha groaned in frustration and put her head down on the desk. "Looking at the filly again."

"Yup. It calms me."

"So does a good trail ride. Come on, let's go. You can take Enzo and I'll take Queen. We'll pack a pick nick and leave Louis in charge." Louis was the new assistant trainer. He was very good with the horses.

"Sounds good." She allpwed herself to be taken by the hand and let out to the barns.
